Jo's pole fitness is a wonderful way to keep fit and make new friends. This is the only exercise class that I've ever fully committed to and not missed a week. It's energetic, fun and most of all, you feel a real sense of achievement at the end of the session. I really struggle to pick things up quickly and I need lots of practise to perfect my moves, but everyone in class supports you and there's always someone there to give you a bit of advice on how to get better. Jo is a really motivating teacher and is someone to aspire to. She is a very inspiring performer and teacher. It's great going and watch your friends in competitions and watch others' perform - it makes you feel like you have something to aim towards. A great class that would be highly recommended - everyone shoudl try it at least once!
